John Muccianti spent 30+ years building this H.O. model train layout and this is the 1rst video for the public to view.
This could be one of the greatest H.O. model train layouts created from a private collector.
Every area on the layout is complete. The engines, cars, and scenery on the layout are of the highest quality and all add a factor of realism.
If you’d like to have custom rail cars like John, many of his cars come from Don Jaeger who’s the Owner of Jaeger HO Products, www.jaegerhoproducts.com
This is just amazing!

The official video about Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg, the largest model railway in the world, and one of the most successful tourist attractions in Germany. On the 1.300 m² large layout, far more than a thousand trains, aircrafts, cars and ships move about. A wonder of the world in miniature. Please, find more information on http://www.miniatur-wunderland.com
Awesome! I wonder what will be their next project.
awesome work
Never too young or too old to be into this type of toy models. Havent they come a long way from the basic brio train sets!

Wow, what an awesome layout.
Sir, this is absolutely amazing. As a sailor, I love your three masters. As a farm kid, I really enjoy the corrals, horses, steers, and John Deere implements. love the airport. And the railroad equipment. Thank you so very much for sharing.
where is this?
Now I know my comment is going to be taken as being negative and picking apart the layout but I assure you (anyone) that I am not doing that in any way, I'm simply being honest as to what I see here in the video presentation. IMHO, the whole layout looks very much like a toy train layout rather than a realistic model railroad. There is so much clutter I don't know where to begin and I'm at a loss for words when the gentleman who built all of this actually calls it a realistic layout when that couldn't be further from the truth as I see it. It simply looks like a child's toy train staging area rather than a realistic model railroad and I can't stress that enough.
The roads look nothing like realistic modeled roads and trees are plastered everywhere like one would do with an annual Christmas train set-up. Now, while there are some amazing builds like the curved trestle he built and some of the mining areas looking somewhat real, for the most part it looks like a bunch of tables of sectioned layouts all put together in no real sense of order and rather chaotic to be perfectly honest. Again, I'm not picking this apart, rather I'm being honest about what I'm seeing in this video presentation and to compare this to many, many very real looking model railroad layouts, this still looks like a child's mess of toy trains laid out all over the room. I'm sorry if I've offended the gentleman who spent thirty years at this hobby but I'm just being honest as a model railroader myself for some 45+ years in the hobby and one who has built countless layouts throughout the decades.
So beautiful
I have an HO scale model of the Southern Pacific Daylight 4449 on my little layout, I wish I had more track though, but it's ok the way it is. But it would be nice to run my model on a layout that big, awesome video
wow thanks for the tour very nice layout
All that space and not dcc, what a shame. Still a wonderful layout though.
The plane hitting the mountain, when John said "it's a natural disaster" I burst up into laughter! It is a natural disaster, that's true.
I have seen bigger and better. the one I saw they actually made mountains and water falls
Okay, well, this is all very nice, I suppose. But anyone who knows anything about model railroading will tell you that John Allen's "Gorre and Dephetid" railroad is THE crowning achievement in the hobby. As a professional photographer by trade, John's attention to detail, weathering, lighting, and perspective is unsurpassed. If you liked this video, search "John Allen" and prepare to be amazed. Sadly, the whole thing burned down in a house fire. It is gone forever!
