    Nice roads, you could also use the back of your razor blade and score the cracks the use black wash or powders and your pens to give it depth in the cracks. Anyway good video.

    whats the width of the sections with your buildings on? im just trying to work out my layout at the moment so i know how much track i can fit on, i got the 3" width of the road, but i could do with the paved area width.

    lol i like ballasting, very meditative and peaceful. It's the wiring that i hate to do, probably from having been a network tech and having done tens of thousands of ethernet splices and crimps, just totally over the "stupid dam wires why are you twisting like that!?!?!" experience. I like the soldering of electronics, it's just the stripping wire ends and crimping connectors and especially running wires through framing, really dislike that part.
