S Scale Freight Cars

Smaller than O Scale but larger than HO is the less popular, and somewhat rare, S Scale. Not to worry though. We have a nice selection of new and used S Scale Freight Cars here for you to choose from.

Based on classic American Flyer® designs, Lionel has ready-to-run sets in addition to track and rolling stock in the traditional S Gauge size.

Larger than traditional S-Gauge products are the S Scale Freight Cars that are more true to the 1:64 scale proportions. These cars are more detailed with many having separate parts for you to assemble.

Both options provide you with a great selection of items for building a great looking model railroad. So, browse our listings below to find the right S Scale Freight Car your model train layout.
